Four Tips to Prevent Black Spot

Troubled start with black spots on the face or other body parts? These black spots occur due to increased amount of pigment in the skin or called melanin.
It is caused by various factors, such as sunlight, hormones, certain diseases, or for the use of some types of drugs. To prevent black spots proliferate, here are some things to note:
Protect your skin from excessive sun. Physical protection, for example using an umbrella, long-sleeved clothing, or use the cap can limit the amount of direct sunlight on the skin surface.
Use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 routinely and regularly in the morning or during the day, even if you move indoors. Do not forget to re-apply sunscreen every 3-4 hours depending on your activity, because of the ability of protection will decrease over time.
