Vegetarian Life 3.5 Years Longer

For those of you who in everyday life apply fruit and vegetable consumption meatless vegetarian alias could longevity. Vegetarians can live 3.5 years longer than those who eat meat.

The good news for vegetarians is known after researchers from Arizona, USA, who conducted a study of six large-scale studies involving 1.5 million people. The researchers concluded people who eat meat experiencing higher death rates due to heart disease or cancer.

It added that eating processed meat significantly increases the risk of death is higher and the risk of cardiovascular disease.
