10 Tips for Handling Flu at Home


Flu that do not heal it will interfere with daily activities. Appropriate care is required to overcome them. Here are 10 tips to repel the flu that you can do yourself at home:1. Warm Tea with Honey
When you have the flu, multiply the consumption of liquids, especially warm. Tea can help relieve throat. Add honey is rich in antioxidants and feelings of lemon as an extra vitamin C.
2. Drinking Orange Juice
